When you arrive on the Virgin Voyages site, a banner will pop up. For your booking to be included in our group, please ensure it says: "Sold and Serviced by Kimberly Smith."

Be sure to select "Keep booking with advisor" to confirm your booking is connected to me. This ensures you'll be part of all the group's exclusive experiences.

Wait for confirmation of your booking from Virgin Voyages that will be sent via email.

Within 48 hours , you will receive an email confirmation from Pursuit Travel Co, verifying your inclusion in the Luxe& Let Go: Rest & Refocused group.

Payments should be made within the Virgin Voyages platform and final payment is due 10/31/2025.

Please note that minimum due at booking is 20% of the total package price for the deposit.

For pre-cruise arrivals, we recommend booking the hotels that are recommended by Virgin Voyages , but Pursuit Travel Co is happy to assist with this as well.

Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of Pursuit Travel Co's and Virgin Voyages terms and conditions.

Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your government-issued identification.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make sure you lock in your reservation as soon as possible to be locked in.

Travel insurance is NOT included but strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Virgin Voyages is an Adults only Cruise, 18+.

A government issued ID and passport is required to sail on Virgin Voyages.​

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the last day of the cruise.

Bookings are made under the current promotion, which determines the perks you receive, such as onboard credits.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your voyage. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can received a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive a future voyage credit.

Between 119 and 45 days, any funds will be converted to Future Voyage credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.

Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if sailing is not an option.

Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Absolutely, you can book a cabin for two, but as a reminder , Virgin Voyages is an adults-only cruise line.
